This spreader features a patented double-wall poly hopper with a 1.5 cubic yard capacity, ensuring it won’t rust or dent, making it highly reliable for long-term use.

 

Powered by a 12V DC electric drive, the SHPE1500 comes equipped with independent auger and spinner motors, making it easy to handle bulk salt or a 50/50 sand/salt mix. The in-cab controller allows for variable speed control of both the auger and spinner, as well as vibrator control for optimizing material flow.

 

This spreader includes a 14-inch poly spinner capable of broadcasting material up to 30 feet. It is easily removable for cleaning and storage. The stainless steel auger, open trough design, and spinner shield add to the unit’s durability and ease of use. The auger’s auto-reverse feature helps to clear jams, ensuring efficient operation throughout.
